Paradise Theatre located at 1006c Bloor St W in Toronto which had its big grand reopening 2019 is a beautiful movie theatre that shows all sorts of movies all year round. I personally went there in 2024 for the screening of The End Of Evangelion(1997) for it first North American theatrical release with a friend and it was both our first times at the theatre.
When you walk in they have an open bar which reminds you of how theatres would be back in the day given this theatre since according to the website the original theatre was built in 1937 the venue even had a balcony to smoke inside back then weird right?

Anyways it was a beautiful atmosphere and its really cool that they show a lot of old movies to newer audiences at the time of writing this they are currently showing The Exorcist(1973) and just last September the same production company that brought The End Of Evangelion brought Linda Linda Linda(2005) to theatres in 4k for the first time ever. Its also very easy to buy tickets for the screenings online it doesn’t take you to any third party website if you have a credit card you can easily input your information and checkout then in there you can also still do it the old school way and buy the ticket at the door as well as a membership you can get online.

PS they just opened up Piano Piano there as well so if your in the mood for some Italian with your movie then you’re in luck.
